Shipping
Shipping & DeliveryWe ship all of our products with U.P.S., our carrier of choice. However, should you prefer to use your own courier company, please provide us with your account number and the shipping method you’ve chosen (express or standard). We will only charge you a small fee for ‘handling and packaging’.
We usually ship any orders (except printed or embroidered items) within 2 business days. The transit time from our factory to your door is based on several factors including your destination address and any customs clearances if required.
Your order if comprised of multiple items will be shipped at once unless you have requested that part of your order be sent to you. Please note that the freight charges might increase with multiple shipments. Your sales representative will inform you of the cost prior to charging your credit card and/or shipping the items to you.
Tracking information
The tracking number of your shipment will be e-mailed to you at time of shipping. The email will come from UPS QUANTUM VIEW which gives you access to the complete shipping information since the moment your order was picked up in our warehouse until delivery time.
The tracking number can be entered at any time on the UPS website www.ups.com for complete shipping history.
